| Sally
has been involved in energy since 1990. Prior to joining carbon
catalysts, she was a partner in a US law firm; before that she was
Assistant
Director at the energy regulator and, prior to that, Head of Commercial
Law at National Power. She has worked in the renewables area for the
last few years and has been advising on power-project development,
including biomass, CHP, marine, algae development, waste-to-energy and
early-stage large wind projects. She qualified as a barrister, later
converting to a solicitor. She is Chairman of the Energy &
Utility
Forum, an industry policy body whose constituents are senior power
executives and politicians, is on the editorial board of UK Powerfocus
and regularly publishes articles on energy regulation and policy. |
