worked in marketing and industrial relations with the NCB, and in HR
management with a Shell Oil/Dutch water authority joint venture
supplying pipes and fittings to the UK privatised water, gas and
housing sectors. For the last 20 years he has provided HR recruitment
and development consultancy to a variety of corporate and small &
medium enterprise clients, across the supply chain of the energy and
utility sectors including trade associations, consultancies, and
regulatory bodies. Assignments included business start-ups as well as
transitional growth, requiring significant understanding of business
strategy, technologies, performance targets and stakeholder objectives.
Prior to 2002, he was Energy and Utility Practice leader with TMP
