was formerly Head of Project Development at the South West Regional
Development Agency and has been closely involved with Wave Hub, one of
the leading wave energy projects. In addition to leading on the
development of a Scottish tidal energy project, as Development Director
with Ocean Electric Power, he is Managing Director of Marine Energy
Matters, a marine energy consultancy. Colin has also managed a large
environmental consultancy group and has expertise in the biomass
renewable energy and organic waste sectors. |  |
